Emilie Marianne Loutan did arrive on November The Second 2010, at 12:49, weighing 3.950 kg and being 51 cm tall.

She is well despite a touch of jaundice. For now, we try to get some rest… under the watchfull eye of Matt and Ol.

Me first, do not worry. Here is the recipe:

• 225 gr. flour
• 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, mix it with the flour
• 225 gr. softened butter (if you do not want to wait, put it a few seconds into the microwave)
• 225 gr. powdered sugar
• 4 eggs
• 0.6 dl milk
• zest of one lemon (if you use the Migros’ packets, around 1/3 of it)
• around 18 paper cupcake cups

Preheat your oven on 190°C (or 375F or gas mark 5)
Mix butter and sugar with a whip until you have an smooth and light mixture
Add eggs one by one
Add milk and lemon zest
Add sifted flour

Split the mix between the cups you placed on a tray, put in the middle of the oven, let bake for around 25 minutes.

For the icing, you can use icing sugar diluted with few lemon juice, or ready-made icing…

Here is a bit of fresh news…

So Matthieu went over the one year point a month ago. He eats almost everything, does not like chocolate nor gazeified beverages, and loves courgettes and cream cheese. He has been walking “normally” for a few days, understood how to open his dad’s scale model shelves, and he acts like a clown with his toys.
