La symphonie du Hanneton

Classé dans : découverte, spectacle — Midori @ 1.52 studieux| | | français

I discovered that on France 2, recording it since it was far too late in the night, and I laughed a lot watching it.

It is a play / spectacle (difficult to classify), a bit more than one hour, with the author amongst the performers, James Thiérrée. There is not much text, and it is nod necessary to understand French to understand… err… watch the play.

It is absolutely awesome. If you can see it (real thing or TV), do watch it ! It is a mix of humour “Devos-style” and delirium “à la Ionesco”. And even so it is not possible to properly describe it.

Some “points” of the spectacle: a painting were characters regularly go away or protest if they are not happy, a man and is dark double who meet around a door (no wall, no nothing, only a door on its support), a banquet with a head to eat, and a “teaspoon and dishes knight”, and so on.

* Edit: Je remarque qu’il est dispo chez Arte en VOD, 3.99€/48 heures, ou en DVD autour des 20 €
