I made myself some semolina, and having no information on the pack, I had a look at the internet, and found again a site I like, marmiton.org. Follow the “Semoule de ma grand-mère” recipe, but divide sugar by two, and / or use self made vanilla sugar (sugar set with vanilla beans in a metallic box). Serve with : sugar mixed with cinnamon, or fruits, or honey, or even dark Caotina *_*
